I think the following parts are gloss black for a '69 but can someone confirm this please?

2 speed wiper motor, blower motor, brake booster for power drums.

Pretty sure it was something like an 80% gloss black.  You have to remember that todays gloss black is a lot shinier than what it was in 1969.  If it were my car, I would go semi-gloss.

I use mostly ford semi gloss engine enamel for black on car.  dries quick and durable.  not too shiney

When I am doing a resto I paint different parts different degrees of flatness....but all within 5% of each other as these parts/assemblies all came from different vendors who all used their own paints and paint methods. Depending on the item it could be straight gloss (torsion bars) all the way up to 33% flattening agent. Most underhood stuff is from 12-25% depending. This may be splitting atoms for some but just sharing what I do.
