I did some research here, but still didn't find my answer. I know that 68-70 charger bumper jacks are interchangeable.  But are they the same #"s?  I know there are numbers stamped on the side so is there a number I should look for, for it to be a 69 jack, and if so, what number(s)?  I've seen two different bases, one that has a small stamped hole in the front of the base and then another with a more oblong hole a little off to the side.  So is there one "more correct" then another, and if so which?  OR doesn't it matter?

Thanks, but still a bit confused.  SO is it as simple as A= january , B= feb., C= march, etc.    except where I read someone had M-13th month, but chrysler skipped the letter I because it looked to much like a 1.  So with a build date of 6/2  would I want any letter A thru E with a number 9 ?  Would it still be correct to have a later letter, say J,K,L with an 8 or would that be to far in advance for my car?

I'm not the expert but I would think thats too far in advance. :Twocents:
