Is this the same Scott Sinclair that had a Top Flight Vette?

Yes

I looked at that Bird before Scott bought it. The rumor was that maybe a Hemi aero was stashed up north. I went to see it (through 2' of snow!). It was a color change 440-4 auto that needed a lot of work. I passed on it and Scott ended up with it. Scott is a great guy.
