69 Charger Rear Cross Member Backup Light Hole Sizes

My rear cross member on my 69 charger was rusted out so I fabricated my own out of some 14 gauge steel and put the holes for the gas tank straps in it. Otherwise it is completely solid.

Does anyone know what the hole size is where the rear back up lights are at in the cross member, shown in the attached picture? 

Are there any other holes that are functional in the part?
