Hi guys, I have come across the engine from this Charger 500 and was hoping to see if the car is still around.

It would b nice to get the engine back in the car if it still exists. I would gladly work with the car's owner if he/she wants the engine.

Any help would be appreciated. Is there a list available of these cars?

I will give it a few months before I find another use for the engine.

Where did you find it? My charger 500 motor was long gone when I found the car. I would love to find its motor. I would love to find some old pics of charger 500's too.

My brother bought it out of Alabama at least ten years ago.
It has been sitting, waiting for a new home since then and I would like to see if the original car is still around before I put it to use.

Very cool that you came looking! It would sure be nice if it found its way back to the car (I haven't seen that Vin before).

Let me know when you run across its brother engine from a 500 built the same day, 232008  :icon_smile_big:

It never hurts to look.
I found the transmission for one of my cars almost 40 years after I was removed.
I also sold a guy the numbers engine block for his GTX ragtop many years after it was separated.

I do not know where the car is currently. Sorry. I have a picture of the engine , but nothing else on the car. Is the engine still sporting a motorcraft oil filter on it?

So does this mean the car did exist in recent times?
The engine was bought around ten years ago by my brother. I am pretty sure he bought it through ebay.

I do not have any info on the car other than the engine. I received three pictures of the engine in an email back in 2005. Sorry no idea what color or options.

Do you still have the contact information n for whoever sent you the photos?

I will check. It might have been your brother if he got it ten years ago as the pictures I have of it are from 8 years ago.
