Just installed the heater box from the 70 parts car into my 69. As soon as I turn the key on the heat comes on and doesn't turn off unless I pull the wire off the face of the heater box. The controls are on the off position. Is there a switch in the control panel that I don't know about. I haven't taken them out so I don't know. Any help would be awesome, thanks.

70 and 69 Charger heaters work on a different system don't they??

If you get heat coming in it means the water is flowing freely.  At least the heater works!   :icon_smile_big:

You need to be able to shut the flow of water off to turn the heater of so trace the cable to the water valve and see what's going on.  I thought 70's had an electric valve...
Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.

No, they're the same. I'm just a spaz. The fan switch is a bit weird on mine and it wasn't all the way off. Duhh. Thanks :-\
