At what point should it be best to blast the shell of my car?

I have most of the cancer cut out, should I do it now and shoot some epoxy over everything before I put in the new sheetmetal, or is it better to wait untill all panels are replaced, and then blast + epoxy.

I'm leaning towards now because with no trunk floor in place, I have good acces to the inside of the trunk and the underside of the deck filler plenium wich has lots of surface rust
I can also blast the frame rails inside since they are exposed at this point.
On the other hand If I shoot the epoxy on I will have to remove it everywhere I need to do welding.....

Anyone here who has expierience with this?

NOS is nice, turbo's are neat, but when it comes to Mopars, there's no need to cheat...

I would do it now. When I replaced the floors and trunk pan in my 68 I blasted the inside of the frame rails and cross members while they were exposed. Then applied a coat of SEM rust inhibitor inside the frame rail and cross members before installing the pans.
You can always tape off the areas you need to cut and weld on so you don't have to sand the epoxy off that area at a later date.

Blast when all of the cancer is out.  Weld braces in place if needed to keep the body rigid but remove as much rot as you can, then blast, then prime, then go to town on it.  And take the time to enjoy that rust and paint free body after blasting, I love it!
Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.

Well Dino,    you hit the nail.....

The day I have this car blasted and in epoxy primer I'm gonna feel overjoyed (maybe just for a moment) but it will feel like a huge step forwards...
