Thats twice you brought up right to work state. I think every state should be right to work. Why should it not be?  And if this healthcare is so great, why are there so many exemptions being handed out?

Im not sure minimum wage is a "fair wage".
Particularly with huge corporations. Most need to be more socially responsible.
A company that makes 900 billion a year that keeps its its employees in poverty is just a POS if you ask me....


HOWEVER

People need to figure out the difference between a job and a career.

McDonalds and Walmart are places where you start your working life and maybe end it.

x2 on your opinion. I wouldn't stick around at McDonalds. I don't like my job so Im planning on leaving soon for a better paying job. Sometimes you have to make sacrifices in life to get to where you want to be.

I have explained what is wrong with RIGHT TO WORK. It is a fancy and misleading name for RIGHT TO SCREW YOU..  Do you receive overtime pay at 1.5 times your normal pay for over 40 hours?? In a RTW state, they DO NOT have to pay it simply because they will show you the stack of job applications for YOUR JOB!! RTW deny's vacation pay. says you will work anytime in any conditions.... On top of RTW, they want to do away with MINIMUM WAGE. Geee, I wonder what that would mean?? This is exactly what made unions to begin with. People were being used as slaves with no say other than I QUIT!!  Then what?? I'll tell you. Then people start robbing food to eat. Killing each other to eat or the other side, protecting what is yours.. Wouldn't they love that!!!!

The funny thing here is that all of you on the rails of making the little people starve are also being screwed. You just don't feel it yet. While the corporate top dogs are making LEAPS AND BOUNDS over what you are making, they have been screwing you on what you have earned more and more every year.. You just don't realize it as you are NOT on the bottom where these cuts are hurting the most... So are you willing to allow it to get to you?? It will!!!!  I am not willing to go out without a fight. I have kids and 8 grandkids and I feel they should have an even playing field as we did when I was young.

Because it's easier and takes no responsibility. 

Don't fix anything, just blame someone else for the problems.  Maybe one day people will realize they are part of the problem, but probably not.

How dumb are you if you think McDonald's or WalMart is the place to make a living wage? Pretty dumb. Never understood the mentality that just showing up for work 30 hrs/wk at a zero-skills job should pay you enough to buy a house and a new car. Many of them can't even show up consistantly and they still think they're entitled. But that's what Obamabots live on, the phony promise of entitlements. That and the enslavement of government assistance.

And yeah, the Starbucks, tattoos and fancy clothes/cars thing is very real. I can't count how many times I've stood in line behind someone at the gorcery store who appeared well-off only to see them whip out the Oregon Trail Card (government-paid debit card) and then load "their" 10 bags of groceries into the back of a year-old Escalade as I crawl into my 94 Dakota.
