Help with a horn

The bracket on a superbird horn should it be small or long.

There's a 440 in there now but this was a 318 car.  I doubt the bracket was ever changed but cannot be certain.

Bracket should be long for the 70 RR Superbird .Later years and repos had the short bracket

the three cars I have here as a reference all have the "short" bracket
