Where did you guys mount the compressor?  Any problems with durability in your location?

Mounted mine along the rad. support with horns facing down. There is an oil hole on my compressor and I had to mount it sideways as to fill it.

I mounted them along the passenger side fire wall.  the compressor on the other side of the rad support.  Because I was copying a picture of the general lee.  However, I'd have to drill holes and find gromets to protect the air lines.

The instructions say to mount the compressor away from exhaust and the heat.

And it did say to oil it.  But to remove it and do it.  And to mount it straight up and down.....................


Maybe I'll just move the horns in front of the rad?
