Got my vote in and in reality I think my vote will pull the most weight if these results are seen  by DCX

MALE 40 - 50 age upper middle income bracket muscle car enthusiasts the market they will probably aim this car for.

And for all you who voted that they would not buy this car without a manual tranny shame on you!!! I would rather them build it with an auto then NOT build it at all. You can always add an after market 6 speed but if you don't have anything to stick it in then what are you going to drive. You can't drive a tranny not attached to a car...............

If they see that people won't buy it if it doesn't have some option which in reality most of the money is going to come from an  offering of a auto tranny than manual. A manual is appealing only to a small segment of the population if they are going to loose a large segment of buyers because of option they then won't build it at all.

The question of whether you would buy this car even if it did not come with a manual tranny should have 100% yes by it.

We are shooting ourselves in the  foot by answering NO to that question.................

I voted before it closed. I actually got the notice in an email from dodge on 28-Jan since I sent them feedback on the Challenger when it came out. I wonder how much they will pay attention to the message board votes if they didn't put the survey out on the message boards.

If they have any sort of user tracking, they know who accessed the poll (by IP address) and even from what site they came from to get to the poll, whether it was from an email, or a messageboard, etc.

PS: I also rubbed in the fact that I have three REAL Chargers (the two door kind).

I don't think anyone had a problem with the 4 door Charger drivetrain.  What's the point of this survey?   How about a vote on if they should build the Challenger the way it looks as the concept car.  Body design/looks etc.
