Sometimes when I hear a story on the news I am blown away at some of the people in this world.

To sum it up:

Two cops patrolling the streets of Toronto on horseback
A man becomes pissed about something
Runs down the cop on the horse with his car
Cops have to kill the horse on the spot because it is suffering

Not sure about canada, But in the States they fall under the same a Police dog. they are considered a police officer and could face murder chargers. Lets hope he does, sorry sack of ....  :flame:

 Could, but probably won't . We had a case here in my town where the police dog got shot and killed and the perpertrator got a relatively light sentence.

Not really, when you consider the ammount of time, money, and training spent on those Police Dogs, not to mention how close they and their handler become.  When one is lost, to the cops who worked with it, it is exactly like losing a fellow Police officer.
Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.  Especially if they have access to the internet.
