What's wrong with it?  The car isn't parked in my garage.  $21K is pretty steep for a car that's probably shouldn't be a dime over 15, just my

It's hard to tell from the poor quality of the pics but the rear valance has several holes and looks like toast. The driver quarter looks to have a lot of rust issues around the wheel well and below the trunk floor extensions.
Probably will look a lot worse in person than it does in these pics.

I am in the unincorporated area of Cabarrus County just south of Harrisburg N.C.
