Before I make a choice, how about telling which one catches your fancy the most? :popcrn:

I will say that you're lucky to have a vinyl top.  Almost every color goes good with a black top.

I vote primer black until you make a final decision yourself  :yesnod:

I voted original. If mine had been red originally I would have gone with it but I got one of what seems like half of the green ones made in 68 so I went with black. Everyone says too many people paint their Chargers black but I think Chrysler produced way more green Chargers than have ever been repainted black since.

R6 with black vinyl top and black interior is pretty classic, I'd stick with it.

I always liked that dark bronze color with a black top

green for me too. I'm not starting from scratch on the body. that's why I stuck with the f8 green it came with. I do admit though sometimes I question that decision

  I say yellow or black.

How many red chargers are out there..plenty.
Go with something cool, maybe Q5 turqoise or F6 green if your trying to stick with 1969 offered colors.
If anything goes, then choose the color  YOU want and choose anything you want.

If you plan on number matching and wanting to keep it stock, maybe selling it later....? go for R6. Id say do what you want! I'm partial to Silver.  :smoke:

If you want to paint it R6 Red, I love it as it is a more pure red than r4 Red that to these old eyes is beautiful also but has a slight orange tint to it. I am very happy with mine but, in the long run, it is your Charger.

Here is mine in R6 Red:

Of your charger came in red, Black or white, then keep it that Way. If it came in an other color, then paint it red, white or Black.
So keep it red...
