Heads I got back were all helicoil in the exhaust threads, one of them pushed in w the bolt to the point the bolt only grabs about 3 turns-is there a way to retrieve the thing or is 3 turns enough for 1 header bolt?
This is gonna be cheap and easy......

If you want to take it out, get a sharp small scribe & hook the first thread of the helicoil & bend it out enough to grab it with needle nose pliers. Pull carefully straight out & it should unwind. Once out fare enough you can grab with vise gripes, have seen them break so, try not to move them back & fourth & take your time. This how we do it at work, others might have a better idea.
