Hemisfair Texas License Plates

Yep,  that was the normal Texas license plate for 1968. I remember them well and also lament the fact that a 1969 Texas plate was changed to black letters on a white plate and no "Hemisfair" on it.  Just for info's sake,  1968 was the year the "Hemisfair" was in San Antonio and the reason for the commemorative plate.

Yes,i have them too. Traded them for other plates wich i had several at our local stakehouse  :icon_smile_big:

I have a set for my 68 like the ones in the ebay auction, including the paper about the prison rodeo and a new temporary tag from 68.
