What's involved replacing vent window rubber weatherstrips?

  I have nice replacement vent widow assemblies (Good chrome.) and want to install new seals for the vent windows before I put them on the car. I can't figure out just how to go about removing the old and getting the new in without taking everything apart? Can they just be "worked" into the slots?

Thanks Curtis, it looks like once the window is out the rubber triangles can be squished in. I'm not wanting to separate the metal parts.
