My laptop shows that I am banned　from this forum. Spammer

My desktop works normally. What dose that mean?  Laptop has a virus?

Where have you been with your laptop? Generally, that message comes up when you've been on a network that generates a lot of spam attacks on the site - especially if you're traveling overseas (China, Korea, Russia, etc.). If you can log in from other computers then your account hasn't been banned.

Yea was in Bangkok ,now that you mention it . Laptop had some weird Thai numerals after that. Home computer works fine.
