Will a Holley bolt up to a stock cast iron '69 440 intake? Is an adaptor necessary? Will a stock air cleaner fit?

Yes, no, yes

The only thing that might give you a problem is the coil mounting (if you have it mounted in stock location)  I had to fab up a bracket to make it fit in stock location  :Twocents:

You will need a bracket that bolts to the carb to adapt to the Mopar throttle cable and kickdown.
