The hole in the trunk is large enough that he may be under the impression it never had a trunk floor to begin with.

Whenever I hear the seller talking about HIS own car listed for sale and hear "LOOKS or APPEARS to be" its a sign to run. I mean its right there infront of you ,but you don't know ?

Frame rails "look solid" yet no pics either, I assume toast.

you know strangely this is a bit like my car, the trunk was toast, but the interior floor only had a couple small holes, my rails are mint, i dont know about this car, but its possible they are ok too
