Spring Fever

Man I am going nuts waiting for spring, i want to take my carout so bad and want to attend a car show even worse, I am ready to sit in the hot sun and talk cars and toss down a few cold ones lol   How bout you guys!

I'm still enjoying my break from yardwork and 110+ degree days.

Its been averaging about 69 to 72 deg lately with a rain storm ever now and then.

I did go out and fertilize the lawn today and worked on the Charger a day or so ago.

I guess if I lived further North or where is snowed I would probably feel the same.

I have to agree gnrl01 cant wait pulling hair out to make it worse I was at the Alantic City show on sat and call me crazy but smelling exhaust fums really get me excited for car show season

Me too, I got a quick cure though. I am heading to Ga. on thursday to visit the filming locations of the DOH first 5 episodes! 845 mile 1 way road trip!

The only thing keeping me from committing suicide up here in Seattle is actually looking at, touching and talking to my Charger in the garage. It's a good thing we are remodeling the interior of our new house during this bull shit weather to keep me busy!

I wish I was able to go with you on this trip. I sure had fun on the Dodge Charger Road Tour with you and the rest of the gang last year. I am looking forward to seeing you all in Jeff city at the TDC reunion meet.

At last count we have over 150 rooms booked already and calls are still coming in. I hope you all have you rooms already. Does anyone have pictures of the early TDC meets. Especially with people in them.

Gnrl01-My friend Tom and I are driving down. The Hazzard co. car club is taking us on a 35 location tour of filming sites from the first 5 episodes of DOH.

If that sun makes an appearance this coming weekend. (cross the fingers) You want to hook up at Clearview? Don't have the kid this Saturday and if the weather changes for the better I will be out!!!  The Lizard is all Classic car insured for the year, waxed up and ready to go.

If the weather is not co-operating, then you can always come over Saturday to my place for a while, have some beers and watch this new Waxing the general lee dvd I just purchased a couple weeks ago.

Mike I'm looking for a week or two before to a week or two after.  I wouldn't bother except that it is the 40th and I'd like to have the hemi, the 3 speed and the 440 car because they are unusual enough.  The rest of  mine can stay home for later.  I might be able to round up enough drivers so I'm trying to work that end.  I think I've got it figured to needing to park only one, and I might be able to resolve that.  Thanks, Lee

if I have to I can put my wifes roadrunner outside for a few weeks with a cover on it. She really doesn't mind I do it all the time when I'm working in the garage.
