Trany Trouble

If some can get the word out. My 3rd gear went out in my tranny. After breaking it down, it appears to be a case problem. It had the same failure as when we broke it down before, lending the idea to a case flaw, or at least something that keeps reoccurring. For fear of the same problem, we don't want to use this case, and with the time crunch before HON, I need a tranny for this car now  If anyone knows of a good built tranny in my area they want to part with let me know.
