Why does my 1966 charger sit low to ground

I am new to this site. I have a 1966 charger 383.  I have air shocks on the rear and it has shocks on front and leaf springs rear. It sits low to the ground.   What do I need to do to get it higher off ground

well first, air shocks have been proven to cause big problems with the shock towers, those I would loose when you can. Otherwise you'll be looking at a repair expense there at some point.
The rear leafs get weak with age. New leafs or having the old ones re-arched and a leaf added will solve the rear issue. As far as the fron you can adjust the torsion bars up to match the back when that is done.

What's low?  Did you actually measure the suspension heights and compare them to factory 'specs or does the car just seem low to you?  If you're talking about personal preference, you can do what 'OZ says and adjust the torsion bars, and then you can go about inspecting your leaf springs and see what sort of shape they're in.  Above all, get rid of the air shocks...

Thank you for all of your responses.  I guess I will be investing in new leaf springs.  And getting rid of air shocks   Just another expense I wasn't ready for.  I'm used it it. 
I own also a 1967 impala convertible. So I'm always dumping Money into them
