Being a car guy myself. Anyone into street rods like Model A or Model T cars? I'm not even close to being done with my clone yet but I am planning my next two car build ups. Next car for me will either be a SuperBird clone or a 70' to 72' Dart street car. I'm always looking for an old street rod for sale to mod some day. 29' to a 32' style. Strangely enough there is won less than two blocks form my house a 29' but its not in my back yard yet. Besides, I'll be moving within 2 or 4 years, and I really don't want to haul 2 cars down the highway when I do. Just wanted to see if anyone else was into old street rods besides the heavy hitter mopars. Photos welcomed also if you have anything to show.

Hey, you can hate the game but don't hate the player.

Won't you sign up your name, we'd like to feel you're

I'm thinking about doing up a true blue rat rod. Still in the thinking stage.

I want to put a new hemi in my grandpas 1954 mercedes. I think it would be funny to blow the doors off ricers in it since it doesn't look fast.

Here is what it looks like.

Dad has a '35 Plymouth street rod.

The previous owner built it with a supercharged 460 Ford, C6 tranny, and a Dana 60 rear end. Dad blew the engine and ended up putting a 514 stroker Ford back in it because everything was set up for a Ford drivetrain.

I have been working on one just like this, except a 2-door. So far it has a 440/4speed transplant and a 78 Aspen subframe that has been Z-d. Still a long way to go until its finished....
