Painting aluminum intake

Wanting to paint a new alum intake my engine color and wondering what,if any prep work would be needed to make it stick-one person said epoxy primer on the aluminum and another said engine paint and hit the oven at 250 degrees for a bit,anybody w any suggestions?
This is gonna be cheap and easy......

I painted mine 45,000 miles ago, just engine paint, no special prepping here...I do have the crossover burn, no problem for me
