I was interviewed on Friday afternoon around 5pm with a photographer and all.   The reporter said it would be in Saturday's paper.   I thought cool a small article with a small pic would be awesome.
Woke up to go to work and figured I'd stop in the deli and pick up a few "fresh" copies of the paper.   Went to the rack and moved aside a different paper and low & behold there was my ugly mug on the friggin' front page!!!   In color!!!

I was floored to say the least.     Put the papers on the counter, guy looked at the paper, looked back at me, back at the paper & pointed to the pic.......I just burst out laughing!      I felt like a celebrity!

Article was full of inaccuracies prod figures etc ...don't laugh too hard...... ::)   ;)

Did get a nice plug in for the site though.....I used the Classic-Charger name for now

Man I guess this means you won't be too impressed with the video interview we did with you at Carlisle. But for everyone else, look to see the celebrity Chris, on D.E.L. Productions video of Carlisle 2005.

I was going to mention we did 35 minutes with a Beach Boy, but Chris seems more popular lately than the Beach Boys.

Keep your fingers crossed Chris but I'll talk to a couple of people I know.

Just curious,

How does that magazine stuff work anyway? Do they go to the big shows, see cars they like, and then arrange the shoots later? Word of mouth..a little of everything?

Chris, any chance some pics were snapped at Carlise you forgot to mention?   ;)

Most of the articles I've ever seen shot and wrote up are done at major car shows. Take for instance, the article in MCG about the Blue HEMI cuda. That was photographed at the Vegas show back in April. They did their photo shoot with him about an hour before I taped the car.
