Does anyone sell bolt on mandrel bent exhaust for 68 Charger? Something that I could put on myself at home. I'm looking at either s/s or aluminized.

I special ordered mine in 2.5" 304 stainless steel from them. It's stainless steel from the exhaust manifolds to the tips.

TTI aluminized here. Easy bolt in at home, lying on a creeper.
Several other companies are out there as well besides TTI selling bolt-on exhausts.

I have headers with 3" primaries so I'd need 3" into 2.5" reducers. And I'd like X-pipe version, do they have something like that?

Yes, that's what I have is the X-pipe version without the headers. You can also have them custom bend your exhaust in 3" SS for a little more (XB30MN6870-SS). Do you have long or short headers?

They are Doug Thorley 2" primaries 3" collector headers, not sure if they're long or short version.

Same here.
TTI headers with 3" collectors, into 2.5" exhaust with an X-pipe.
Pricey yes, but worth it.

Sounds like those are the long version. If you order the exhaust from TTi, let them know what headers you have.

I called TTi last October wanting to know if they could bend stainless down pipes. Then I asked about bending a X-pipe out of stainless, next thing I was ordering a whole system. I spoke to Mike Raby at 951-371-4878.
