Can anybody tell me what the difference is in an ECS 1970 Charger fuel filler tube versus an non ECS tube?...Thanks

Isn't it just an extra vent tube running from the top to the bottom?

I think that is correct. I just found out that the ECS version does not have the vent tube coming out near the top.
