looks like someones been trying to get it started may be , wonder if its been under water  ,  or a theft recovery look at fourth picture , looks like original color might of been  yellow , cream or gold maybe , just my  thinking  going by what it says about the title

more than likely it had been crashed, and had a salvage title, then after it was fixed it got a rebuilt title.... just another guess...
