mystery wires, 1968 charger

I am getting ready to install my rebuilt gauges and connect to my restored dash harness. On the right side I see some wires that I cant figure out where they go. There is a red and black ones with a loop? I was thinking these go to the amp gauge? next to them there are 4 individual brown wires with white stripe. I cant dont know what they go too. see the photo. thanks in advance

those ones with rings are the ammeter guages red/blck you are correct the other ones are for I believe connection to 'flasher'? and something else...going off my head I only remember them since I have mine all taken apart and took pics of each one and took notes where they wnet in my notebook that I dont remmeber where I put

i'm not at my service manual but i believe they go to the windshield washer motor. the push button next to the wiper arm switch. the plug with all the ones together is for the wiper arm motor itslef, and two go there and i think the other two go to push button.
i'll have to check when i get home, hope that helps.
