That looks great. The website is myliftstand.com.

Problem is no price info without sending a comment to the inventor's site. Which I did just now. No email access, no other comments have been posted in the past three years. So who knows if he's in business. I'll post if I find out the price.

I don't know if I would trust that one of those pins wouldn't shear off. They're pretty small.

Maybe I'm paranoid, but I don't like cars falling on me.

I love this idea. I think the pins are rather small myself. I think a simple fix is either a larger pin or once they lock themselves in, you add a long pin that would go all the way through two risers. It looks to me that the small pins in there now only go through one side of the pipe risers. Putting maybe a 1/2 inch pin through 2 risers would mean going through both sides of ever riser. In my safety conscious mind I would feel much better... Great idea though.

The only other thing is once again you are jacking individual corners. If the jack stops rolling under the vehicle and you don't catch the snag, you could pull the car off other stands..

I received an email response from Bill the inventor. The "LiftStand" sells for $265 a pair, shipping is extra. The following was included in the email:

•The Lift Stand is made of 12ga. steel with a durable black powder coated finish.
•The dimensions are 11"wd. x 18"lg. x 8"high. The total height when lifted is 13.5 inches.
•The top inside section of the tire pan size is 11"x11"x 1.5" deep.
•Lock into position with four .375 inch spring loaded pins.
•A stand weighs 33 lbs. and has a maximum load rating of 2000 lbs.
•Four stands can support a car from under the wheels weighing up to 8,000 lbs.
•Any floor jack that is less than 12 inches wide can be used.

Make of this what you will.
