Hey there, question on a 69 charger. The quarter panels, trunk, outer wheelwells and deck filler panel need replacement. The floors are fine except they need to be sand blasted. I'm sure the inner rocker area needs blasting too as well as up under the where the quarter panels and roof meet. May also replace taillight panel.

Should i remove all the bad metal first, then mount on rotisserie, or blast first as much as possible, remove metal, then go back to any missed spots?

I would leave car on suspension to replace large panels.  Sandblast as you gain access to hidden areas following removal of rotted panels.  You can place on rotisserie once the structure of the car is sound. Good Luck.

I would cut off the lower quarters behind the wheels and start with the trunk floor and trunk extensions. This will probably leave you the most structural rigitidy. Less sag of the overall body which should mean easier panel alignment later. Plus you are building from the ground up. Gives a better foundation to build on. Then the quarter panels, then the deck filler and then the tail light panel. But that's just my opinion.

The bugle sounds the charge begins. But on this battlefield no one wins.

When it's time to weld the new panels in don't fully attach/weld them. Just enough to hold them on because you will probably be doing a lot of adjusting with that many new panels. Make sure the doors are on and lined up correctly before putting on your new quarters. Or you'll end up like a friend of mine did with his 69 and it wasn't good.
