found this piece of paper taped to my rear bumper bracket. I think it some kind of destination form.

Parts label from depot to dealership or body shop? The image is too small to read.

Good eye, after examining it closer that exactly what it is. Apparently my rear bumper was replaced in 1976 in Phoenix, Az.
