Instead of getting that kit off eBay to rebuild your lower end steering column with the crappy rubber in it go to dodge they still have them the part number is
1-04443436AC the rubber or dust boot is made of real rubber and comes with all the other stuff as normal 2 shoes rollpin retainer spring small pin and clamp
