few questions on windshield and trim removal

Hi there few questions on windshield and trim removal

On the front does the trim come off first, or the windshield?

There is a large thin black line in the screen, Which I believe is most likely to be a crack, What would this mean for the windshield on removal?

I have searched and found that I would need a trim removal tool, I live in the UK, And can not find the ''arrow type'' that is most commonly used , If you guys have a link (preferably ebay) for that exact tool that does the job, I will be very grateful, Thank you for your time
