Imagine how different you'd have felt if you'd been stopped and searched and a cop would have dug that out.  Yipes.

Back in 1980 I had a 73 Duster. One drunk night my girlfriend took a Polaroid of my "junk" while passed out in bed. I woke the next morning to see it laying next to the camera. In a panic and not knowing "what to do with it" I ran down stairs and stuffed it in the carpet seam between the bucket seats of the car.
A few months later the car broke down near a bar by a bridge so I pushed off the road by an embankment. It was pouring rain as I walked home and I got so sick I didn't get back to the car for 2 days. I found the car, tires slashed, drivers window busted out and battery stolen buy cutting the cables. The drunks from the bar had had a field day with my poor Duster and heartbroken I went into work sharing my sad story. A guy I worked with knew my car and offered 700.00 cash that day to buy it right where it sat so I sold it.
He repaired it and I started getting "updates" like the throwout bearing was what broke, got a used window installed and then one day he walked up and said: Hey my wife would like to meet you! I said: Oh good she likes the Duster then! He said: No she found this when I asked her to give it a good cleaning....It was the long forgotten close up of my junk he was handing me back..... :o
Boy did you give me a "Flashback!"

What is it?

It will give away habits from many many years ago, but it is a set of scales for weighing a bag of weed.  :2thumbs:

I believe one could and may still purchase "Carburetor scales" used for setting up carb's...I know when I worked for Federated auto parts, we'd have about 3 of these types come in asking if we had "Carb scales" in stock.

Answer: "Sure guy. What size carb are you working on, cause there's about 50 different ones".

The look on their face was priceless.

lol, I forgot they were for weighing carb floats to see if they were soaked up. Probably had something to do with the other use they had.  :misbehaving:
