help with a rear end

i am helping rav440 restoring his 8 3/4 rear end. for his 1973 roadrunner gtx. what should it look like when it is done.

yes but are the backing plates , center section , and leaf springs painted or left bare ?

The axle housing should be satin black and the backing plates are zinc phosphate in color, the hogshead should be cast metal in color as are the drum casings, the springs will be satin black as well as the shackles and front mounts, Im sure someone has pics of this somewhere, cheers,
