Ok, I assume the site is down or is it just me?  I was wanting to get some info from the site for my new toys.

Anyone?

Thanks

Tom

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

I blame it on Joe Wilkins Jr. He's started selling over there. It was only a matter of time before things started to go wrong.  :D

I've been experiencing slow page loads, and no page found errors also.  It has been random but it has been happening.  Try clearing your temp. internet files.
Click on tools - internet options - then click on delete files (middle of dialogue box) also check off delete offline content box

As you browse the net, images are stored on your computer and when your alloted size has been filled up, it has to make room and slows down the browser and may (more than likely not) cause page problems.  Give it a try, couldn't hurt.

Don't give up. Are you running any security programs at all?
Try this then:

Tools - Internet options - click on privacy tab - bottom right click on edit - see if the site is listed as blocked (if you have any sites there at all) or enter the site address and click allow

AND FINALLY DO THIS:

Tools - internet options - click on Secuirty tab - click big green circle that says Trusted Sites - then click on button that says SITES and type the entire address (http://www.cuda-challenger.com) and click add.

See if that solves your problem and let us know.  It's a good site and everyday they are giving away free Cudas or Challengers to people that log on and visit.  I think they are just about out of giveaways so hurry up!

I am running Norton,

Did as you stated and it will still not allow it.

1 week ago I could log right on.  I can log right on at my house with dial up.... I just do not get what changed

Tom

Have you tried disableing Norton and logging on to see if that is the casue of the problem?  Normally you can right click on the icon in the system tray (lower right hand corner) and a menu will pop up.  Click on exit, close or whatever option they give you to disable the program.
Then close any browser window, relaunch a browser window and try logging on.
See if that does anything, if you can get on, tehn Norton is blocking access to that site and will require you to unvblock using one of their menus.
If you have that green and blue world looking thingy in the system tray, right click that and choose disable.  I have to disable that to view some websites.

Got your PM, didn't know you were running XP pro.  I'll have to check on one of my XP systems but I know it has a firewall built in with some other features.  During an automatic update a setting may have changed or perhaps an app. launched and changed some configuration.  I'm out of ideas now, sorry that we couldn't help you out.  If I come across anything I'll post up.

If it's only at work your company firewall or DNS could be blocking it.

Ummm my company is me, so I guess I will need to figure that out.  I am running the windows firewall now.  I have not tried to turn off my norton to see if that is an issue.

Oh, then fire your network administrator... :P

The biggest problem I've experienced with Norton so far is that it blocked the email server for some people where I work. There's a setting within Norton that involves trusted domains or something like that and I turned it off completely since our network firewall handled that. It's hard to imagine that it would just stop working without any changes happening to the computer or the network. If it worked with the Windows firewall and Norton before then it should still be working. Have you tried using a different browser? That's the easiest way to tell if it's an IE setting or not. I wouldn't just randomly turn off antivirus applications or firewalls just for one site and I wouldn't go messing with a bunch of setting that you never changed in the first place. See if you can figure out what's different from before. Did you install any software at all? Has your internet service provider made any changes? Are you sure that your computer is actually going to the correct url? They switched servers recently - have you been able to access the site since then? It's possible that Windows has cached the ip address and is sending you to the old one. Is this on more than one computer? If you have a proxy (or some network firewalls with the same capability) it can cache the DNS entries for the old site.

Try this in Windows:
Click Start->Run
Type "cmd" and click "OK"
You should see a new window with a black background and a cursor.
Type "ipconfig /flushdns"
It should display a message that says it has completed. Close that window and try to access the site.

Thanks Troy,  I did as you said.  I guess I type in the http or the www way and it will not come up.  As far as I know NOTHING has changed.  I have keep up with windows down loads.  That would be it.?

As of 1 week ago I could log in to c-c.com now at the office nothing.

I guess Should I call my ISP?  I know I have not changed settings at all.
