I use a set of wheels and tires w/ glass over them for side tables. With the skinny old Charger tires, you might need a "tripe stack" to get to 21-23 inches tall, but it would work

Old ads in the rec room, and a carburetor on my... well, that needs to go back on the car...

I started putting together some items for decoration at my house several years ago.  They might give you some ideas.  One was a glove box door off a 65 Belvedere that I sent over to Randleman, NC and had Richard Petty sign.  The other thing was I cut out the sheet metal around the 69 Charger flip top gas cap (whole thing is about 4 ft long and a foot and a half wide), painted it orange, installed a repop gas cap, and had all of the Dukes of Hazzard cast members that I could hook up with sign it (this one piece of metal was about the only thing on the car left any good).  
I also have a Plymouth dog dish hub cap that I had Don "Big Daddy" Garlits sign.  You can buy a repop license plate used on the black 68 Charger in Bullitt.  In fact, I also have a movie lobby poster of the Bullitt movie that makes a neat wall hanging.  Then, there is always the signed 1:18 scale model car signed by one of the Mopar Greats.  You can find those on some of the model car websites.  A Hurst shifter would be neat.  
There are so many neat things you can do.

I bought a super hemi crank shaft off ebay years ago. My engine builder sent it back to me cause he found a crack. I can not see it but I want to keep it for some reason. It is a work of art. Maybe a lamp post?

Dana's stuff is nice, and I have a watercolor of one of my cars, on my office wall. Really good stuff

Go on eBay. You'll find pages & pages of neon & tin signs, clocks, pictures, posters, whatever you want.
Also try Hot Rod Garage (Summit Racing's memorabilia dept). Lots of stuff in there, too.

Look for original stuff - one off things.   99% of ebay stuff is dime a dozen.
