Hands Down, a company called Kingsdown! I just wish the new company I work for carried them. My (well the wife and Irish Wolfhound's, I have been banished to the family room for 4+ years because of snoring) is a coil on coil on coil mattress. Has live box springs and not the new foundations Wooden Boxes that look like box springs.

I was something like 40 pounds while I was sleeping on it, better night sleep = better health. All so, soft is good! Men need softer mattress than woman because of broader shoulders to keep the back in proper aliment.

Now you got me going!  :smilielol:

Beautiful dog and she must have been a great co=plot in the Roadrunner!  Test the old fuel pump and you might be surprised that it is still good!  Good luck with it!

I love my Charger but, I still want a Roadrunner! Those old "bricks" are still too cool!

You must be tough on the customers who are unsure of what they want.

I was part serious asking because about a year & a half ago I caved in & got rid of my water bed that I've had since 1985. Aches & stiffness were catching up to me so we ended up trying a memory foam type mattress. One of my wife's friends worked at a mattress store & got us a huge discount. I can't believe the mark up on these things.   :o

Now that I've been on it, I'm not 100% happy. The aches & stiffness haven't gone away but when I stay in hotels, I don't feel it. Kind of pisses me off because even with a discount it was almost $1000. Maybe I should've have kept the water bed.  :shruggy:

Bob,

I agree with you.  We just got a new mattress and box spring and we tried the memory foam and I absolutely hated it!  Felt like I was sinking into the bed and I do tend to move around a lot when I sleep and trying to move and roll over or change positions with that memory foam is like fighting quick sand.  Needless to say we have a new coil bed.

I hate that I spent all this money on something that I can't return.   :icon_smile_angry:

Also, I didn't mean to derail the thread & should start a Mattress topic with a poll, maybe call it "What Mattress - Coil, Foam, Water, Air or Backseat?"

Here is link for you folks.

If you are tossing at night, you are on to firm of mattress and it is causing pressure points! It is restricting blood flow No way in heck I can spell the medical term so the body has to move to keep the blood flow going. Wost part about tossing and turning, is every time your body moves you come out of Rim 4 sleep. That is the stage the body repairs it self and gets truly rested!

If you look at Kingsdown, make sure they have real box springs and not foundations.

Has a whole, I hate Memory Foam, well the only one we sold at Mattress Giant was Temper-Pedic and at time they where hard as a rock to me.    I would say somewhere around 25% where returned, but for the right person, they loved them!  :shruggy: I was given a $5,000 king set and sold on E Bay for $1500 unopened!

Man it was a good day! Weather was a perfect for Mopar Work and I was at it at 8:30 AM. Boy if I had 3 of theses kind of days she be running! One of the things I was dreading was installing the plugs, with the super comp headers they are a pain in the butt. Mainly 3 and 6, are the pains. While I was digging through the old Red Mopar Tool Box That Was Locked In The Trunk I found a forgotten tool form decades ago. A 13/16 Spark Plug Socket With Built On Swivel and it made short work on the hard to get to plugs!  :2thumbs:

Hardest thing done today? Installing the Clutch Fan! It was being a pain for a while!  :brickwall:

If I did not have to go buy some dress pants for Work Monday I would have the 750 Holley installed and the M/T valve covers.

 Afternoon fellow Mopar Lovers!

Have not made a lot of progress the last 3 days but I did get a little done. Wednesday I felt like warmed over death and did not touch her.

Thursday I had to call off work and take Sue to the ER. For the last few moths she as had Pancreatitus and has not been able to eat much, she lost 20 pounds in a month. Well if you don't eat, you don't need to (Fill In The Blank) . She is feeling better and she is starting to eat more but she still could not (Fill In The Blank) Well she hurt her self trying and stated bleeding and off to the ER we went. She is OK and hope I was not to graphic or gross anyone out. :shruggy:

Today I went to the VA Hospital for a skin graft for the foot wound. Before I went I did get a little work done.  :2thumbs:

http://s83.photobucket.com/user/cudaken/media/Charger%20Site/8-9-1_zps4b243cf6.jpg.html]

Rediscovered NOT the joys of working on cars, clean out the old gasket goo. It was a pain, but I got it done last night. Went ahead and sealed the new gaskets and let then sit over night.

I still need to seal the right side and may head outside here in a little bit. But, with the fresh skin graft I should stay off my feet.

Lets Play Whats This Wire For! :shruggy:

One is question is the gray one hanging between the intake runners. It has a spade connector and I think it is for a factory tach?  :shruggy: I sure do not remember unhooking it and does not look like it's been used for years, but then again the Road Runner has sat for 8 years outside!  :brickwall:

Looks pretty :drool5:

As for your wire, are you running an electric choke? :popcrn:  I can see that particular wire in reply 131 disconnected, but can't identify it in other pix.

So Jim, when will you be back in town? :scratchchin: I would like 2 people here when I fire her up! Mainly for someone to standby with the Fire Extinguisher!   :shruggy: Man there is a lot of gunk (P/S Fluid and Oil) and leaves still on the headers! :smilielol: Do Spider Web's Burn?  :scratchchin: Have way to many of them still under the car.

first day back to school.  I got the head replaced on the Challenger vert and my daughter sprang a leak in the radiator of her 73 Dart and cracked the head.  Got a few more hours of assembly on that then put in the new rad and hopefully I am done pulling heads!

Just got off the phone with Allen, boy he is having bad luck with head!  I am off Tuesday but the plate is pretty full. But with some luck I hope to get the carb on, seal the valve cover and get the distributor stabbed and wires index. If I am real lucky they will all ready be right.

Allen may come by Sunday after I get off of work and man the Fire Extinguisher and let her rip!
