Does anyone know what color the dash's were painted with in a 69 charger? ( I know black, but satin? Flat?)

Correct name for it was "suede black".
More on the flat side vs satin. It actually has a slight texture to it.
You can duplicate it if you play around with spray gun pressure, etc.

Thanks....sounds like I have my work cut it for me.

If you don't want too much work cut out for you you can just use SEM Color Coat Landau Black #15013.

That said, I would also recommend using SEM vinyl prep and SEM plastic adhesion promoter before you spray black. Afterward I would shoot a couple coats of SEM Color Coat Satin Gloss Clear #13013 to protect it from sunlight.

Actually you could probably skip the first step in favor of a good soap and water scrubbing, rinse and air dry.

You may have picked up on this fact but Color Coat is specifically designed for plastic, vinyl, velour and carpet.

Bull, I am sandblasting the whole dash, so no soap and water needed. I'll use some wax and grease remover and then spray it with rust encapsulator, then the final color.
Thanks

Oh, I guess I goofed up. I thought you were talking about the dash pad instead of the frame.

I guess then the Laudau Black will not work.

SEM Trim Black is pretty close to the original colour and sheen for the frame, not flat but not glossy

Right.

But what he said will. It's what I used...

I thought I had a pic of my dash without the pads but I guess not. 90% of it gets covered with dash parts anyway but you can see a little of the Trim Black around the radio hole here on my car:
