I think you might have to do some fabricating.  Best bet might be to contact others using that engine in a similar body and find out what they used.

If you're gonna run the carbs progressive and the rear carb is the primary, the original cable should be plenty long enough. If you're gonna run them 1:1 just hook the cable to the rear carb.

You'll definitely have to fab a bracket.

I run twin AFB's on Christine and lemme tell you, "progressive" is for the birds. Hook 'em together. IF you got the engine under them to handle all that CFM, then the few MPG's you lose won't matter due to the MASSIVE boost in power with little throttle angle.
