Where can I get these Body Plugs?

Does anybody out there know if there are replacements available for these plugs?  I'm trying to locate a few small body plugs for the firewall of my 68 Charger w/ A/C.  I don't have any close up pics of them, so hopefully you can make something out from this picture.  They're rubber, the back side is flat & round, about 7/8" diameter, and the part that sticks into the firewall is about 1/4" long and cone-shaped.  I removed them when I repainted the firewall, assuming they would be part of a standard bodyplug kit, but evidently they aren't.      Anyone know where I could get some repops?  Thanks in advance for the help.

last time i checked    firewall insulation press in studs  were still available from mopar. also  all the usual  parts restoration suppliers stock them, year one ,paddock , jack's auto parts , etc, etc . you can buy just the studs or the insulation & studs as a kit ,

They're not the insulation pins, these are a lot shorter than that and they're rubber.  No one I've called so far seems to have any idea what they are...

sorry  dude for the for the wrong infomation, i done a complete nut and bolt  restoration on my 69 a few years back , but did not remember seeing/ removing/ re fitting anything like that, just checked my fire wall out and sure enough they are there ,then i remembered cleaning them with paint thinners before re fitting them. my memory is not what it use to be.
x3 with a part# 2571069 on it.  with out matching the hole sizes ,may be use the rubber bumpers that press in to the lower rear panel behind the licence plate from a second generation or get some from a B Body that is being parted out  etc. may be there is some NOS ones out there .

Thanks for the info & pics guys, those are exactly what I'm looking for.  If I come up with anything, I'll let you know...  Otherwise, like you said, I might just use some other generic bumpers to get the job done.  If I'd known what a PITA this would be, I woulda bondoed over the holes before I painted....

Ok, here's what I've come up with after a few weeks of searching.  Seems no one makes a match to the originals, so I decided to settle for close-enough.  I got these plugs through Carquest, they aren't "correct" by any means, but they seal the hole and look good enough for my non-concourse purposes.  In the pic below you can see on the left what they look like out of the box, and on the right what they look like after a little trimming.  The backing part of the plug is a little smaller than the originals, and the cone part of the plug is a bit bigger than the original, which makes popping them into place a bit of a chore.  It took me a little grease and a lot of swearing to get them in.  The carquest number is 8041111C, labeled as a GM Universal rubber bumper.  Hope this helps anyone else looking for these things.

It's been seven years since Recharger posted this and now I need the exact same plugs.
Does anyone know if there has been any headway in recreating them or am I still relegated to buying the GM rubber bumper?
