I have collected Coca-cola stuff for a few years now (mostly vintage metal trays, especially the car related ones and old unopened bottles).  It looks that you have a can from the 1950s-1960s, but I don't know exactly when.  I did find this on the internet that may help you out:

http://blogs.howstuffworks.com/2010/11/22/we-found-a-1971-coca-cola-can-this-weekend-in-a-drained-lake/

That can is newer than yours, as I remember that the cans before the 1970s had a checkerboard motif or diamond motif, rather than the wave.  As to the value, I do not know, but you may want to contact Coca-cola directly to see if they know.  They do try to buy the rare stuff for their musuem occationlly....

I got an antique COKE machine and have been trying to sell forever. Wish I could find someone who needs it. Upright and still works.

I got a bunch of Coke glasses. I even got one from Germany I believe, which is basically a beer glass with Coke labels on it. I also got a few bottles that were limited edition. One is chrome plated too.

Iceyone

I have a Coke can similar to that but what makes my can really cool is that the paint is peeling off and it says Pepsi underneath the peeling paint.

I've got a 60's Coke machine as well....the kind with the side vertical door and the bottles pull out straight forward.  It works great and I keep it in my garage filled with pop, water and beer.
