See pics below. Thanks for the help!!

Trying to post a pic of my new toy but says every pic is too large. New to forum. Any help?
69 charger was rotisserie resto about 10 years ago. They did a great job. Problem is I always wanted a black rt with red stripe. This car is yellow! Cleaning it up I have found the undercarriage is as clean and pretty as the rest of the car. I hate to paint black over such great paint. Guess car may stay yellow. Supposed to have a black vinyl top. Maybe that would help. Would love to post some pics and get some suggestions.

Welcome!  Go to the "site suggestion / help" threads.  There is plenty of talk on how to resize the pictures for the site.  Yes, yellow with a black top is very nice! ;)

Thanks. Looked briefly but I think I may have to recruit one of the kids to help. Can't wait to post pics as this undercarriage is like nothing I have ever seen before.

We'll be looking forward to seeing the pictures.......

I use PHotobucket.com and upload there, then post the link to your Photobucket account so we can see all your pics.

OR, you can post the [img] Link from your picture in photobucket, and it will show up here as a picture.

Tried a few ways with no luck. Can I email them to anyone? Photo bucket wants to publish private info and I tried making pics smaller but wont work.

Welcome and congrats on a 69!
You should be able to hit the edit button on your computer on each picture and resize them, but I'll PM you my email if you want to forward a few pictures for me to post!

Pale yellow is one of my favorite colors on a Charger.  :drool5:

Resize the pic making sure it is below 200KB and has .jpg at the end of the file name & it should attach no problem.  :2thumbs:

Do what u want with it now while its like these if not i say the color and shape look great.

Thanks for posting the pics. So much work wad done to paint everything yellow. Think it's going to stay that way. Should have a vinyl top and I got one with the car. It's black so I may put that on. Engine was shot as water got in it. Basically fixing a few dings and getting an engine for it. Tich Toc tac, 4 speed, and coated exhaust. Sat for the last 8 years and restoration was done 10 years ago. Think it was a good find.

You are welcome!
Looks like a great find!
What engine are you going with?  Lucky to have a 4 speed!!
Look forward to the progress!!

Going to get a 440 and make it look as original as possible.

Ok. My friend says if I really like black the paint the car black. It's just that the yellow undercarriage is so clean looking. I hate to scuff it up and paint black as the black does not look as clean as yellow. I would love others thoughts.

The later versions of Microsoft Office Picture Manager have a resize function under the 'picture' heading. They need to be less than 200 kb to be posted here.

I don't know why, but that hood stripe? I'm liking it for whatever reason. I guess it's good to see tasteful, yet different styling stripes. I give it a  :2thumbs:

I'd paint it black. :coolgleamA:

I really don't like that pale yellow color. :eek2:

I've got three cars that color! :brickwall:

The hood has an air grabber set up in it. Fully functional. I guess they split a charger hood and another hood to custom make a 69 air grabber hood. If you look at it close it still looks original.

I reckon leave it and that black out down the centre looks pretty bloody cool.. Besides, all black cars are a pain keeping clean.. Nice ride bro

Gazza is right mate, Black cars look cool but show all the dirt, even just a light amount of dirt shows up big time and they are a pain to keep in a showroom shine condition, i'm a fan of black cars but i agree, the yellow with the black strip looks very cool!

There is a fully functional air grabber hood under there.
