Have tried multiple times to access, keep getting a message like this

Yea, what up? I was at a car show yesterday, picked up a fender tag for Chris and tried to get the page to load for the owners but no dice.

Yes the site is down.  I have chosen not to renew the hosting.  Life has gotten in the way & the passion to run a registry is gone.  No other way to explain it.

Why don't you find someone else to take over the site, maybe even a member here?  What's involved with the upkeep?  I keep a site up for my business, makes me money of course, but not terribly hard or time consuming.  It would be terrible to have this disappear for good!  I gotta think members here feel the same way and would be willing to give the time to keep it alive.  I know I would certainly contribute.

I'm guessing you're kidding, but a Registry goes alot further than a message board and votes. There's a lot of work involved, and while many people appreciate all the effort, there are many that just expect things from you and don't even want to register their own Charger. They just mooch for info.

Passing off a registry to just anybody would not be a good move. I'm not saying anyone here wouldn't be worthy, but it takes more than just talk (See '68 Registry for that). I am publicly offering to take it over until Chris may want to return. While I have no real interest in '69 Chargers, that doesn't mean I wouldn't help out a brother who is looking to take a small vacation from it. To keep it short...I am there.

I agree.  It has to be like my dispatching job..... a thankless one!  But here is a huge THANKS for all the work you did do for it!  I know I tried to contribute to it as much as I could have (even if they were a 70 tag on a charger with a 69 grille!)
