Mama used to make me the best cheese samiches on the farm.   Sometimes she'd give me three slices and sometimes just one.  Most the time it was two slices of Kraft with miracle whip.   The bread was always white except for when it was wheat.    I could eat about a thousand jillion of them and I did.    

One time when I was eating my cheese samich sitting on tree stump in the field, cause that's where I'd eat them, I saw the most beautiful yellow butterfly in the whole world.     It landed next to me and I said hey little pretty butterfly, do you want a piece of my cheese samich?    Well, that little sweet baby Jesus of a butterfly looked up right at me and said "why yes I do"     then,   all of a sudden like, this chicken comes up from behind.    Well, since mama always taught me to have manners I said to the chicken "would you like a piece of my cheese samich too"?   The chicken looked at me and said "nope, I'm fixin to eat that there butterfly".   And guess what?   HE DID!    

I also like me some grapes.   But I don't like grapes on cheese samiches.     That would just be silly.

               Anywho, let's talk about Ponch....   I've often wondered if he had cheese sammiches when he was a boy living in the streets of Mexico?  Was the cheese from a cow or a goat?   Did he have a mama?   what was she like?    

Ponch, Mama told me long ago that my great great grand daddy used to own your great great grand daddy.  I'm not really sure what that means but I think she ment the was good friends.   cuz your great great grand daddy used to always be helping my great great grand daddy working in his field, planting, fixing things and even washing my GG Grand daddy's feet.   Yep, they was some good friends.....       Maybe we can be friends like they were?  It would be fun.  And when we gets hungry mama can make us a cheese sammich.       MMMMMMMMMMMMM!   Our cheese comes from a cow though and the bread is always white except for when it's wheat.  

                   We used to have sheep on the farm.   I always wondered what happened to them.
