yes...and final value fee as well....unless he can con ebay into giving him his final value fee back because of non-paying bidder....which is probably one of his friends

I'm captivated by this seller (and I shouldn't be but yet I am).

Tuesday late in the day - he cancelled all bids twice during the day, about 3pm and again at 8pm. The second time he left in place bids between $100 and $609.

I don't get it. Motive is somehow criminal but the implementation is bizarre. What can it do for him to cancel 1000 bids?

I am captivated as well. What is his plan? There is effort that needs to be paid for. Or is it just hope like buying a lotto ticket.

Wednesday morning - he cancelled all bids at 1am and reset the start to $100. 11 hours to go and the high bid is $19,500.

Looking for that deposit. :scratchchin:

It's over. He cancelled all bids again at 8:20 pm on Wednesday night. In seven days he cancelled the bids on eleven occasions.

The auction ended at 10:10 pm with the final bid at $225,100. (About 35 bids in the last hour). But did it actually sell? It's obviously not his car, so I wonder what the buyer is thinking?
