Will this PS bracket work??

Putting together my 440 setup and my neighbor gave me this from his weedpile,said it was off his old 383 years back and has some simularity to the 440 brackets I see online-can anybody tell me if itll work or what its off of? thanks

"power steering pump", "weed pile", & "years ago" does not sound like a good combination...brackets look correct for a big block though
