Can anyone tell me what size/type/shape the screws are supposed to be that hold the upper stainless tail panel trim down?

Same as the wheel opening trim screws, Curtis.  :yesnod:
Short, chrome plated phillips head screws with the tiny rim around the edge.  :2thumbs:
